Shipping & Returns Policy


Our turnaround times are always changing, to view the current turnaround time please view this in the banner on the website. We always strive to get your order out by this date however occasionally things can happen that are out of our control. If delays do occur you will be notified via email.

Little Keeps Collection currently offers shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. We are working on getting shipping to more international locations.

Our chosen postal service is Australia Post. Timeframes from Australia Post for Standard delivery are as follows; Metro delivery timeframe; 3-7 business days. Regional delivery timeframe; 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that Australia Post is experiencing delays due to the current pandemic situation and congestion of the policy networks.

Once your order has been dispatched from Little Keeps Collection, Australia Post is then responsible for delivering your order to you safely and without any damages. If your item arrives damaged please take all necessary photos and contact Australia Post to submit a claim. Please also let Little Keeps know if there is anything we can do to assist the claim. 



Due to the handmade personalised nature of our products we do not currently accept returns on our products. 

Occasionally mistakes can happen, if you have received an item that has been made incorrectly please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item.
